If you return a purchase, the GrowPoints you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

No, once you reach a VIP tier you do not lose status when you redeem GrowPoints and fall below the tier threshold.

Your tier will expire 12 months after it is reached if you do not earn the respective amount of points. For example, if you reach Gold status on 1 January 2025, you have until 31 December 2024 to earn a minimum of 10,000 points to maintain your status.
