Any item may be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of receiving the order. Read below for our full returns policy.

To begin an exchange or return, please complete the form below and a member of our customer experience team will be in contact within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday) to process this for you. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

Any item may be returned for a full refund within 100 days of receiving the order. The refund only applies if the product is still in a sellable condition, meaning it still has its original tags on, has not been worn, other than for the purpose of sizing, or washed and can be returned in the same condition as when received.

The customer will be responsible for associated return costs, except in the United Kingdom where we offer free returns. We will not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail. Please retain proof of postage.

If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact us at hello@growgrows.com within 30 days of receiving your order for information about an exchange.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of arrival to our warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on your account. Please contact hello@growgrows.com if the refund does not appear within 14 days.
