At GrowGrows, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, so we offer a clear returns process to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Returns Policy 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Please do not wash item(s) before trying them on little ones as we will be unable to accept any returns for washed items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, without this we may not be able to refund..

Note: To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not offer free returns. Return shipping is £3.50 per parcel via our designated courier, Evri.

Can I Return My Order? 

You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and packing slip and packaged for transit in suitable packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please indicate this during your return request.

How Do I Return My Order? 

  • Log in to your customer account using the email used for your order. If you checked out as a guest, register with that email. 
  • Find the order containing the item(s) you want to return. Once the order is fulfilled, the return request feature will be available. Select the entire order or specific items. 
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to create a return request, or email our customer service team. 
  • For damaged or faulty items, include detailed photos and a description to prevent your request being rejected.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a link to a guided returns process via Evri. Please note that you should only return your products via this service once your return request has been approved.

Evri offers various options for returning your parcel, including local drop off shop or locker. Follow the steps provided on the Evri site to select your preferred method of return shipping and to prepare your parcel for delivery, ensuring that you include proof of purchase, such as your delivery note, in the package or a note with your order number (beginning #GG), your name, and address.

International returns:

Customers in the EU & Ireland must arrange and pay for returns in liaison with our customer service team prior. Contact our customer service team to discuss your return if you are outside mainland UK. Duties, taxes, and customs are the customer’s responsibility. It is the customers responsibility to arrange the return, we cannot do this for you.
